Each website design process start with compilation of the requirements specification document. This document would put all details for a website development project. .
The requirements specification document for the proposed web site project is discussed with the client and all inaccuracies in the understanding are cleared before moving to the design phase.
Once the requirements are understood for the website designing project, a set of website design themes is created based on the client's preference of design ideas.
The website design concepts are presented to the client for review. Client may give some suggestions which are incorporated into the website designing and the web design is presented again until all the design concerns are attended.
On finalization of the website design theme, an HTML prototype of the website screens is given to the client. This process highlights the process flow and user experience of the design. This also helps the client to understand how the website will function once it is put online.

Weekly Status Reports
After the end of every week, we send a Status Report to our clients telling them about:

• The activities originally planned for the last week
• The activities actually performed in the last week
• The activities planned for the coming week
• Reduces the possibility of estimation errors issues, if any
• Changes to Stage Schedule, and reasons for the same
